Important information for patients

  • 28.10.2025 CLOSED

    We process prescriptions for chronic medication outside of urgent care hours, so there may be a delay in handling your request. The usual processing time is 2–3 working days. We kindly ask you to order your medication in advance whenever possible.
  • We kindly ask patients to inform us of any changes to their personal information, such as a change of health insurance provider, address, or employer.
  • We use the Nurse Emmy app, available 24/7. It is simple and fast, ensuring that your request is not lost. While we may not be able to respond immediately, we process all requests based on clinical priorities.

General Practice and Internal Medicine

General Practitioner’s Office

  • Examination, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
  • Preventive care, including regular check-ups, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling
  • Provision of health and social care services
  • Vaccinations covered by public health insurance as well as optional vaccinations
  • Medical examinations for a driver’s license or firearms permit
  • ECG and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring
  • We accept foreign patients and self-payers
  • Laboratory tests exclusively in collaboration with SYNLAB

Internal Medicine Office

  • Comprehensive internal examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of internal diseases
  • Preoperative internal examinations
  • Treatment of acute and chronic internal conditions
  • Management of chronic diseases (hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia, etc.), regular monitoring, and medication management
  • ECG and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring

Occupational Health Services (OHS)

We provide specialized occupational health care, including both preventive medical check-ups and assessments of medical fitness for work. Our experienced doctors will help ensure a safe and healthy working environment.

  • Pre-employment, periodic, extraordinary, and exit medical examinations
  • Regular workplace health monitoring
  • Consultations and advisory services in occupational medicine
  • Exceptionally simple appointment booking system
  • We are accepting new clients for occupational health service contracts.
